Candy Cane Topiary

Every year I like to make a Christmas craft to add to my holiday decorations.  As soon as I saw these candy cane topiaries here, I knew I had to make a variation.  I think they are adorable!  All you need is a styrofoam cone, some candy canes in two different sizes, a candy cane sucker, some ribbon, and a glue gun.  You stick the sucker in the top of the cone then glue the unwrapped candy canes to the cone in rows, varying the sizes.
I used the smaller ones to fill in the gaps and then tied a ribbon around the sucker stick!  It was really fast and simple!  The most time consuming part was unwrapping the candy canes!  Give this a try!  I think it would look cute as a centerpiece for a festive dinner party!
