Easter Bark

Do you remember the Valentine Bark I made a couple of years ago?  Here is the Easter version!  I must admit that I never thought of using jelly beans but I knew I had to try it when I saw the recipe here.
Microwave some white chocolate for 30 second intervals until completely melted.  Add 1/4 cup of Wonka SweeTart jelly beans to the chocolate mixture.  Place some waxed paper on a cookie sheet and pour the chocolate into the pan spreading evenly.  Then sprinkle another 1/4 cup cup of jelly beans on top of the mixture.  Place in the freezer until the chocolate hardens.  Break into pieces.
It is so easy to make and it literally takes just a few minutes.  Give it a try!

Stay tuned for more Easter projects during the week.
